Muscle Milk® is a great tasting pre and post workout protein powder. I have tried Chocolate, Peanut butter Chocolate, Banana Crème, and Orange Crème. All of these flavors taste great. Banana Crème mixes the best. I recommend getting 2 or 3 flavors that you like and rotating them. I take Muscle Milk® 1 hour before and immediately following a workout. I also take CytoGainer™ twice a day as a meal replacement.
Muscle Milk® is a protein powder that is made by Cytosport. When eating properly and exercising regularly, some choose to take additional protein to stimulate muscle growth.
Your body uses different fats in different ways. Muscle Milk® uses Lean Lipids to promote weight loss. Medium chain Triglycerides (MCTs) will most likely be burned for muscle energy, not stored as fat. This is also true for Long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids. Calories with engineered lipids will also promote leanness. These calories are likely to be used for workout energy. So it is true that Muscle Milk® does contain more fat, but it is all “good” fat that will most likely be burned with muscle.
Before: Take one serving of Muscle Milk® 45 minutes to one hour prior to training. Muscle Milk® provides the caloric energy needed for intense workouts while flooding nutrients to hungry muscles.
After: Take Muscle Milk® immediately after workouts to shift the body from catabolic to anabolic. Muscle Milk provides nutrients to kick-start the recovery process.
There are no known side effects of Muscle Milk®, except lean muscle gains. Side effects in Muscle Milk are no different than other whey protein powders.

Directions: Mix two scoops in 10-12 oz of water. Want even more satisfaction? Mix with low-fat milk. Tastes like a real milk shake!
