EvoPro™ is the same protein found in Muscle Milk®. EvoPro™ simply limits the fats and carbs. EvoPro™ is anabolic and anti-catabolic. EvoPro™ is a very complete and powerful protein.
Since EvoPro™ is a time released, anabolic and anti-catabolic protein it can be used many ways, depending on hat your nutritional goals are. If you wish to gain weight, take in a lot of calories during the day, and have a serving of EvoPro™ before bedtime, to prevent muscle catabolism. If you are trying to lose/maintain weight, take EvoPro™ throughout the day to promote lean muscle mass.

Glutamine is the most plentiful amino acid in human milk. EvoPro™ contains high levels of glutamine. Glutamine can help protect muscle, improve recovery, and boost the immune system. EvoPro™ contains L-Glutamine and well as glutamine peptides.
Before: Take one serving of EvoPro 45 minutes to one hour prior to training. EvoPro trickle feeds amino acids throughout the workout and is a superior alternative for those seeking low calorie, high quality protein.
After: Take EvoPro Immediately after workouts to shift the body from catabolic to anabolic. EvoPro provides protein and amino acids to immediately kick start the recovery process.
EvoPro™ is available in 4 flavors:
